Sommer 2009

Das 4. Gemeinschaftliche Seminar mit der Fudan University fand vom 24. Juli bis zum 2. August 2009 in Konstanz statt. Die Themenwahl orientierte sich wie gewöhnlich an aktuellen juristischen Fragestellungen in China und Deutschland. So wurden Fragen des Verbraucherschutzes und des Kartellrechts diskutiert und die globale Finanzkrise als Anlass zu einer eingehenden Betrachtung anhand des Strafrechts und des Öffentlichen Rechts genommen. Zahlreiche Ausflüge rund um den Bodensee und eine Besichtigung Münchens (Patentamt, Deutsche Museum) rundeten das Programm ab.
