Germany’s Domestic „Königstein Quota System“ and EU Asylum Policy

In the light of the pan-European debate about solidarity among EU Member States in the processing of asylum applications, Daniel Thym, Carolin Beverungen Arévalo and Sigrid Gies present updated data on the relative contribution of different EU Member States on the basis of their previous reflexions on potential implications of a continental burden-sharing scheme mirroring the domestic German quota system.
